Les fondateurs, amis et sympathisants du Projet Louley ainsi que les membres des associations partenaires, notamment OLA, Initiatives Nature Aquitaine et La Forêt aux Chevaux, déclarent collectivement et individuellement

Respecter les animaux domestiques, les animaux d’élevage et les animaux en général comme des êtres vivants sensibles et être solidaires avec les droits de tous les animaux à bénéficier de traitements respectueux dans ce sens ;

S’interdire toute maltraitance ou cruauté envers les animaux en général par actes de brutalité, mauvais traitements, surexploitation ou cautionnement d’actes par lesquels des souffrances sont infligés aux animaux, y compris par des moyens d’élevage, de sélection, de transport et de gestion de la fin de vie infligeant des privations fondamentales et des souffrances ;

Soutenir les efforts et démarches visant à aménager aux animaux un habitat, un mode d’alimentation, de reproduction, de vie sociale, de travail, de soins et de fin de vie, d’interaction, de communication et de partage avec l’homme en accord avec les droits d’un être sensible ;

Soutenir les efforts et démarches visant à protéger l’environnement de toute action d’empoisonnement notamment en favorisant le recours à des moyens naturels et non nocifs de traitement des cultures, la réduction de l’impact des ordures, la sensibilisation à une consommation réfléchie de produits non toxiques.

The founders, friends and supporters of the Louley Nature Project as well as the members of the partner associations, including OLA, Nature Initiatives AINA and The Horseforest, collectively and individually declare that they will :

Respect domestic animals, farm animals and animals in general as sentient living beings and stand in solidarity with the rights of all animals to receive respectful treatment in this sense;

Refrain from any mistreatment or cruelty to animals in general through acts of brutality, ill-treatment, overexploitation or condoning of acts by which suffering is inflicted on animals, including through means of breeding, selection, transport and end-of-life management that cause to suffer fundamental deprivation and suffering;

Support efforts and approaches aiming to provide animals with a habitat, a way of feeding, reproduction, social life, work, care and end of life, interaction, communication and sharing with humans in accordance with the needs and rights of a sentient being;

Support efforts and approaches to protect the environment from any poisoning action, in particular by promoting the use of natural and non-harmful means of crop treatment, reducing the impact of garbage, and raising awareness of the thoughtful consumption of non-toxic products.
