Anneliese's young maple tree ...
is a very special tree-planting program that spreads over the years in order to introduce at the forest-farm a large diversity of broad-leaved trees and bushes selected to withstand present and future climatic stress and continue to provide flowers, food and shelter for insects, birds and small prey.
After seven winters of continuous planting we are at present looking after about 3000 young trees, many of them still very small and fragile. Our present goals are the reinforcement of embankments and hedges with further young trees and bushes.
Participants have the possibility at the forest-farm to plant "their" tree chosen according to the requirements and possibilities of the biotope.
