Who & what ?

The courage to take great initiatives on a small scale

"Even if the world was bound to perished tomorrow, we plant our trees today. We don't know about the world, but planting trees, that's our concern. Among other things...."

The nature project Louley is based on an initiative of Michel Larroche, all-round scientist-researcher-physician-horseman-musician and Claudéa Vossbeck-L'Hoëst, also all-round creative writer, researcher, nature-horse-dog-animal-children-gardener. Both were tired of idly watching bees and trees scrape and shed tears about it ...

There was only one thing to do : roll up your sleeves to transform an almost six-hectare piece of wasteland from an ecological desert into a natural paradise.

Togetherness makes you strong

From the original initiative arose the idea of a sharing nature project to be created on the administrative basis of an educational forest farm and agro-ecologically orientated third-place in order to make something like this possible at all.

The Louley Forest Farm offers enough space so that many people, whether old or young, alone, with friends or as a family, can participate. There is a lot to do and a lot to enjoy. You can plant, take care of the animals and deal with them, grow vegetables, help care for the fruit trees and shrubs, harvest, exchange experience and let your creativity flow ...

The project is supported by more and more friends and partner associations : Thank you all so much!
